 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend this spot and will be booking again. We rented the penthouse on the 9th floor (PH3). A little over $1k/nt for 5 bedrooms. Book through their website site to reduce the booking fees airBNB charges.

The Great: this place is exactly why you see in the pictures. We never heard our neighbors. Well put together with a lot of space (we had my family of 10). Huge patio with a solid view. Railing is set back about 3ft from the edge to give you a level of comfort with the kids. Plenty of dish ware. Pool and jacuzzi were nice with a great view of the sunset. 5-7min walk to bourbon street and about a 10min Lyft/Uber to the fair grounds for those Coming to Jazz Fest. Property manager Shane is very responsive and took care of a booking issue I had (my fault) in less than 24hrs.

What could be better (not a deal breaker): signage(a little hard to see - don’t walk into the next door hotel). Follow the sign the big “PARK” sign for one of the garages. Entrance is right there. the house rules are the house rules and we respect them, but for the price point it would be helpful to provide more trash bags, pods for washer/dishwasher and TP. Open shower concept seen in the pics looks amazing but isn’t practical (causes water to run outside of the shower for a potential safety/water damage issue). Mentioned this to the PM who quickly passed along the note to the contractor.

Again - we had no issues with the property. Great location, plenty of space and great responsiveness from Shane.
